An event can be defined as a group of
people meeting in a room for a period of
time. Our task is to effectively
manage scheduling of events to
facilities other than classrooms and
rooms in the Purdue Memorial Union and
Stewart Center.
Reservations for
classrooms are handled by the
Registrar's office (765-4945700).
Reservations for rooms in Purdue
Memorial Union and Stewart Center are
handled through the Union Scheduling
Office (765-494-8870).
The responsibility to schedule these events and coordinate the services required from other departments is a part of the overall space management function.
